A wonderful way to feel a sweet sense of nourishing connection.

We work via Zoom, alongside each other, gently metabolizing group energy for our deep, focused solo work.

Tush firmly in chair, here’s how each of our sessions will unfold:

  1. We'll start each session with a pleasurable, guided 2-minute body-centered grounding exercise to get fully present and to attune our body-mind-spirit to the task at hand

  2. Next, we'll share our individual session goals with each other in a round-robin check-in

  3. Then, we'll go on mute for two cycles of timed work

  4. A refreshing, self-led 5-minute movement break follows each work cycle

  5. We wrap up with a round-robin progress report/check-in

  6. Finally, we sign off with a 'Cheers!' and a celebratory salute

  7. You'll log off carrying the satisfying glow of your fellowship-fueled handiwork into the rest of your day
