Launching Spring 2025
— VIA ZOOM —
mastermind [noun]:
a bright group of kindreds who meet regularly to inspire each other and share creative ideas for bringing each member’s visions into reality
This group is for you if:
You’re a seasoned solopreneur with a successful existing business—ready to evolve further
You value a wise, sustainable, and attuned approach to navigating life and business
You'd like some warm support to organically move toward your business goals — buoyed by nourishing connections with others on the same path

Claire O’Connor

— Based in Tucson, Arizona
Hi, I'm Claire.
As a highly-sensitive serial solopreneur, I’m a permanent surfer of the Renaissance Woman’s learning curve. My fuel for the adventure? The soul food of sisterhood. There’s a feast of yum that happens when we relax into the warm embrace of kindreds who show up to witness, support, and celebrate us in the ultimate creative act — inventing ourselves anew in each moment as we open, blossom, and flow in ‘the sweet spot’ of our unique genius.

Menu of Helps
Here are the kinds of juicy, propellant support available to you in your Mastermind group:
-
Generate alternatives, bright ideas for your next action steps, input for how to take what didn’t work and tweak it so it does.
-
A group ‘whoo-hoo’ for when you’ve reached a goal and/or overcome an obstacle.
-
Contacts, connections, links. Ex: who to call, what to read, where to find something.
-
An advanced skill, indeed!
-
Share the benefit of your professional or amateur skill with a fellow member — for trade, for pay, whatever works.
-
Meet virtually to get your homework done; hold space and provide soft accountability for each other.
-
Meet 1:1 to connect and learn more about one another personally and professionally.
-
Pair up with another member to share goal steps, check-ins, and follow-ups; this can be the same pairing each time, or you can rotate buddies.
-
Periodic check-ins to give focused encouragement.
-
Sometimes, we need a little targeted validation and ‘yes, you can’ to go for what we want.
-
Practice what you’ll say or do in a challenging conversation or situation.
-
Timed 1-minute ‘power-gripe’ to clear the decks so you can shift out of stuck.
-
Call schedule (à la Meal Train) for a member faced with a crisis; check-ins before/after a difficult appointment; virtual tea date (or wine date) after a ‘big reach’ action step.
-
Get help with:
Writing an affirmation
Setting a goal
Breaking down a goal into smaller tasks
Clarifying an intention
Website or sales page review/feedback
Et cetera, ad infinitum.

“My Mastermind group helped focus and energize me. My book was just an unattainable seed of an idea two years ago. Now, it’s out in the world — with a cover blurb by Liz Gilbert, no less!”
